Regulation
I am regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
Price information
The majority of services are based on a fixed price, notified in advance of work commencing. Alternatively, when the amount of work is unknown, notarial services are based upon an hourly rate of £375.00 per hour and charged at a rate of £37.50 per 6 minute unit. There is a minimum fee of £150.00 for all notarial work.
Documents often require legalisation, an additional stamp issued by a foreign consulate or the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (an Apostille).

Professional indemnity insurance
My professional indemnity insurance is currently £1,000,000.00 (one million pounds).
Complaints
First write to me, preferably by email.
If the matter cannot be resolved the complaint will be referred to The Notaries Society, who will deal with the complaint under an Approved Complaints Procedure. Complaints to the Notaries Society should be addressed to The Secretary of The Notaries Society, P.O. Box 7655 Milton Keynes MK11 9NR, or secretary@thenotariessociety.org.uk.
Complaints may be referred to the Legal Ombudsman after a period of eight weeks from the date the complaint was first issued. Complaints to the Legal Ombudsman should be addressed to Legal Ombudsman, P.O. Box 6806 Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ, or www.legalombudsman.org.uk.
